I'm new to Cathe's forums/blogs, and I'm making myself accountable here! I asked for rotation help in the forums, and the ladies gave me some great advice. I'm doing an altered version of FitnessFreak's Leg blast rotation for the Fall 2007. And I'm going to check in every day on my blog to hold myself accountable for doing it! So here's my rotation:
Week 1
