    Complete your registration and Who’s Who Book submission
    Fill out the 2009 Road Trip Information & Who’s Who Book Form . This form will help us to prepare for your arrival.

    Print out and sign the Release and Waiver of Liability Agreement
    You are required to bring this signed document with you to the Road Trip.

    Review and print all of the RT Related Documents
    See the links on the right side of this page. We suggest putting all of these important documents into a folder or small notebook that can travel with you.

    We suggest you print this list and check off items as you pack them, to make sure that you have everything you need.
